The DELTA-STRAIN S/L series comprises self-cleaning edge filters that are specially designed for the filtration of aqueous, viscous and highly viscous media. These filters are characterized by their inlet and outlet connections, which, depending on the type, are offset in height or positioned opposite each other at the same height to enable an optimized flow. The filter housings are made of either welded stainless steel or carbon steel with paint, with all internals made of high-quality stainless steel.
The design of the S/L series offers a robust and user-friendly, two-part housing that enables quick and easy cleaning thanks to the completely removable filter insert, should this be necessary. Users can choose between a motorized or manual drive to ensure flexible adaptation to their specific operating conditions.
Depending on the specific filter type of the S/L series, additional options such as TÜV approval, explosion protection, special voltage, hardened and perforated filter elements, adaptations for higher pressures and temperatures, heating jackets, special materials, special seals, mechanical seals, differential pressure monitoring, blow-down device, dirt discharge systems, flange connections and fully automatic control can be integrated. These diverse options allow the filter to be configured individually to meet the requirements of a wide range of applications.
A customized design is also possible to ensure that the filter solution is precisely tailored to the individual needs and requirements of the user.
