DELTA-SCF cast series

The DELTA-SCF cast series comprises self-cleaning edge gap filters developed for the filtration of aqueous, viscous and highly viscous media. These filters offer an INLINE design with inlet and outlet on one axis, which enables seamless integration into existing piping systems. The housing of these filters is made of high-quality cast stainless steel 1.4408 or robust cast iron GG25, each with a protective coating. This ensures high resistance to corrosive media and mechanical stresses. Both the filter sump and the internals are made of stainless steel, which further increases the durability and reliability of the filters.

A key feature of the DELTA-SCF cast series is the housing closure, which is realized by means of a quick-release clamp. This design enables quick and easy maintenance and access to the inside of the filter. Users have the choice between a motorized or manual drive, which enables flexible adaptation to different operating requirements and preferences. The design of the filters follows good engineering practice and does not require CE marking, which underlines compliance with high quality and safety standards, even in applications that do not require CE marking.
