The edge filters in the DELTA-STRAIN D/L series have been specially developed for the filtration of aqueous, viscous and highly viscous media. These filters are characterized by a welded housing, which is optionally made of stainless steel or carbon steel with an appropriate coating to ensure a long service life and high resistance to a wide range of operating conditions. All internal components of this filter series are made of stainless steel, which ensures excellent corrosion resistance and product purity.
The design of the D/L series, which originated in the 1990s, has been optimized for robustness and user-friendliness. A key feature is the completely removable filter insert, which enables quick and easy cleaning should this be necessary. This feature reduces downtimes and makes maintenance considerably easier.
Users can choose between a motorized or manual drive, depending on their specific requirements. The D/L series therefore offers flexibility in application and enables precise adaptation to different process conditions.
To support development and research activities, individual filter types from this series are available for testing. This enables potential users to test the performance and efficiency of the filters under real conditions and thus make an informed decision about integrating them into their processes.
